The operations at Vrindavan TechVillage are progressing rapidly. The Phase I of VTV comprises 1.3 million square feet. An estimated 85% of the developed are has been pre-committed. The current available space constitutes of a tower of 0.18 million SFT with multiple floors of 30,000 square feet ready for fit out. VTV provides a multi level car parking facility for 1200 cars. Also, this premium SEZ is well equipped with modern facilities as would be suitable for the tenants.
Vrindavan TechVillage has commenced construction for the Phase II of the project. With 35% of pre-committed area and development area of 9, 00,000 sq ft, the phase two would be ready to fit out by end of Q1’09.
